Once you log in, you will need to remove all Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Photoshop and Lightroom using the same desktop app. In my case, my family member does not have an Adobe CC account, so if I did not sign in and remove the software for them, they would have to go through a different process of software removal. I am not sure what Adobe expects people with no Creative Cloud credentials to do when removing Adobe software. I cannot think of a single piece of software I have used in the past that made me type in my username and password just to start the software removal process. I have to admit, requiring one to sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app just to remove all Adobe apps is already ridiculous.
